As a member of the MyAir Virtual community, you will agree to uphold the following rules:

English language only

• All communications on this server must be conducted in English.

Remain kind and courteous

• Let's treat everyone with respect. Healthy debates are natural, but kindness is required. Disruptive, argumentative, manipulative, or coercive behaviour will not be tolerated. Additionally, do not use 'all caps' to make a point.

No hate speech or bullying

• Bullying of any kind isn't allowed, and degrading comments about things such as race, religion, culture, sexual orientation, gender or identity will not be tolerated.

No politics

• The discussion of politics in any form is not permitted.

Stay on topic

• All topics on the Discord Server must remain on topic and relevant to the parent post. Conversations about off-topic or private life matters should be taken to a relevant server or to private messages.

No promotions or spam

• Give more to this group than you take. Self-promotion, spam and irrelevant links aren't allowed. Links to other Discord servers are not permitted unless they're relevant to a support post and limited to vendors of flight simulation products only.

Do not refer to or discuss illegal or illicit topics or activities

• This includes, but is not limited to, piracy, drugs, terrorism, theft, porn and any other topic considered illegal or illicit.

No unauthorised use of the MyAir Transmitter service

• The MyAir Virtual Transmitter service is intended for use by MyAir Virtual members during group flights. If we discover third parties using the MyAir Transmitter service without authorisation we may take action.

Respect privacy

• Being part of this community requires mutual trust. Authentic, expressive discussions make groups great, but may also be sensitive and private. What's shared in the group should stay in the group.

File accurate and representative data

• When flying within the virtual airline, please do not use any means within the simulator to manipulate the time required to reach a destination, or fabricate filed flight information.

Be patient - do not message moderators or admins unless requested

• Moderators and admins have day jobs and other commitments so may not immediately respond to messages or support threads on the Discord server. Unless explicitly requested, please do not send a message directly to a moderator or admin. If you need to request the attention of a member of the moderation or admin team, post a topic in the Discord #support channel.

Moderator decisions are final

• The Moderators share issues with each other in a private channel - any actions they might take are discussed in private and agreed to as a group. Decisions are final. Also bear in mind that Moderators and Admins work full time and have other commitments outside of the community, so cannot always respond immediately.

Deal with problems in private

• Do not bring problems into the discord server. This includes differences of opinion with each other, and decisions made by moderators. Moderators are happy to respond privately to anything related to the Discord server.

No profanity

• The use of profanity, mild or otherwise, will not be tolerated in any text channel or live voice chat.

Use of Slang / Acronyms / Urban / Social Media Language

• Not all of our members will be familiar with acronyms commonly used on social media and messaging apps. As such, their use is not permitted on this server.

Age Limit - 16 years or older

• You must be 16 years old or older to take part in the community.
